Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Every tool in the A1D suite constantly throws errors. It doesn’t matter which feature you try, the result is the same: failed generations, crashes, or processes that never complete. The platform looks functional on the surface but breaks the moment you try to actually use it.
Credits get consumed even when the tool fails. You pay, you submit a job, it errors out, and your credits are still gone. That alone makes the pricing model feel predatory. A tool that charges for failed outputs is not reliable software.
The worst part is the refund policy. Support hides behind the excuse that “credits were used,” even when there is nothing to download because the generation failed. Paying for outputs you never receive is unacceptable.
Overall, it feels like a beta product being sold as a finished service. Unstable tools, wasted credits, and unhelpful support. Not worth the money.
