Terrible service and unclear shipping – no refund after 3 months
Review:
I ordered a pair of jeans from A1 Denim (order #3088), but the package was held at customs in Denmark. I was unaware of the extra fees involved when ordering from the UK post-Brexit, so I refused the parcel and had it returned.
Over three months later, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but they keep sending generic replies, denying all responsibility.
The main issue is that A1 Denim uses a cheap shipping option ("DPD Lite") without informing customers what it actually includes — no proper tracking, no insurance. Once the package left Denmark on the return journey, it disappeared, and now they refuse to refund me.
I followed their return process in good faith, yet I’m left with no item and no money. It feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid responsibility, and EU customers should be especially careful.
I cannot recommend this brand to anyone.
