Mark Ayers did an outstanding job to try and help us work through a difficult financial challenge. Mark did secure funding for us - which even though at this time - I have to put that option on hold -

I have been dealing with Mark for almost a year. When all hope was lost he was able to help and if he wasn't able to help he told me up front but still went through what other options I had. I hadn't spoke with him in a few months and had to search for his number today and called him out of the blue with a question he had no personal tie to and he was happy to help and give advice. Got me a crappy most expensive expensive loan ever and said last start with this I'll will refinance you with in a 2 weeks and than don't answer his phone don't advise any one to deal with him
Lol for some reason others people were able to get me what I needed and you don't and I manage to always have money on my account I think you just wanted a highest commission possible not trying to help me
