Horrific, I nearly missed my flight on the way out, waited 45 min on the way back, but, the scary bit about this company and the drivers they employ is the aggressive attitude, when my wife complained about how long she had been waiting and that she wouldn't use the company again, he aggressively told her to f'*ck off, when other customers explained their frustrations he went in to a tirade of abuse. Not nice people. (there was also another member of there team shouting at an old man who appeared physically) shaken

I would rate zero if there was an option.
My 18 year old daughter used A1 meet and greet recently at Bristol airport. She has a black box which she told them each time she spoke to them.
There were 13 speeding offenses in two ten minute jouneys, resulting in her having a problem with her insurance company. She had to get a hotel room at 2.30am due to not being able to speak to her insurance company until the morning.

Along with other issues of them driving it at incorrect times and returning the car at 2.30am when it was meant to be 1am
and they knew she was waiting we are disgusted.

We were given a complaints email
that bounced back, (inbox
probably full!) and tried another one which we have been met with radio silence. The telephone number on the website does not go through.

Avoid with all costs! If they drive cars with black boxes like this, how are they driving ones without. We will be forwarding speeding offences from insurance company to the police.

Would never use again. Booked drop off zone and then had to go to short stay cat park for pick up. Upon arrival back in Bristol I could not understand a word the call handler said - when they eventually answered the phone ! Shockingly bad service
