No customer service, need to return items and return requests are ignored and there is literally no way of contacting them….. company should be shut down the are absolutely awful!!!

I received a defective product and have had no response to my emails asking for a replacement. I will need to go through my bank to get chargeback for refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Awful customer service, damaged package, taking around 2 weeks to deliver a bag of soil that had to be refused for delivery. Made no effort to send an undamaged bag. I am a medical grower with a serious illness which I explained to the seller who is forcing me to wait until they receive the damaged package back before sending a new one potentially taking upto 3 weeks. Will NEVER order from these people again! I'll have to wait over 2 to 3 weeks extra for my medicine to be completed!

Worst service I have received from all the companies I’ve nonstop delays with themI placed order on the 1st due for delivery on 2nd delivery never came it’s now 7th September. The courier they used is ukmail also known as dhl parcel uk which is one the worst couriers in the uk. I tried to contact both firms. A1M hydro has a phone number but when you ring they never answer if you continue to ring they block your number for the remaining of the day. Been trying everyday since I’m completely out of pocket as I HAVE NOT got my items or my money back they only reply to emails and choose precisely who they wanna reply too. Secondly I have complained via email and phone still not got anywhere. No discretion with your delivery either as delivery drivers open your boxes and damage it on purpose to make matters worse overall stay away from this company I spent more then £1200 easy and this is the thanks I get. At this rate they will bait you out. I have had enough of this scumbag service it’s outrageous if I don’t receive my item or refund within this week I’ll popping over to the store it won’t be friendly visit since I have to travel 19miles to the store ALL THAT BECAUSE NOBODY EANTS TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. They are way over priced! Never give you any free goodies. Bought a delivery pass that’s gone to waste to! Overall I’d give a .zero out of 10 owner is a rich muppet with a Range Rover doesn’t care about his customers. I know this as I have been the store one before theyhave sent me damaged items. DONT BUY THE DELIVERY PASS NEITHER SHOP FROM HERE LET THIS BE A WARNING TO YOU. Their website has been up and down for the past 5 months none stop what an utter outrage stupid business owners don’t know how to conduct business to professional level. All they know is how to consume your money!

Fast and ergonomic service. Soil wasn't fully composted large lumps of wood required further processing myself. However that wasn't A1Mhydro.

I never received my items and when I asked for a refund as the dpd driver left it without permission and dpd have awknoleged that it was there fault and open a dispute the seller does not respond to emails ! Do not order

Great company with a lot of great products to choose from, great help and communication from them and great delivery and fast whether it’s the lower priced delivery or the higher priced one, but I have taken out the prime with them as well why wouldn’t you it’s well worth it, it’s a few quid more than it would be for one fast delivery that lasts a year though
