Not the same company it used to be… I could have saved 30$ if I would have just ordered everything off amazon. Package also didn’t arrive on the day it should have. Also had to pay 12$ for shipping. Definitely will be ordering off amazon in the future

Horrible
Horrible. Yes, it may be my fault for trying to find discounted prices. I recently order some preworkout at half off and they sent me an expired product. I can’t get a refund or exchange for it. There was no disclaimer that it was expired. The Pre work tasted bitter and undrinkable.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Will not use company again. Paid for faster shipping. product was still late. I requested for the $12 shipping cost to be refunded. I was outright refused and basically told it wasn't their problem. Absolutely doesn't care about their customer.

Package sent to wrong address. Got sent back to them. A month and a half later no product or refund. Called customer service 5 times. No response. 3 emails. No response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. And that’s saying something

as you can see I placed my order on Friday June 19th. my order didn't get processed until the 23rd and then get shuffled around and now i won't be getting my package until July 7th. i swear if i went and bought it from the store myself i would've saved myself from all this headache. three weeks to get my order!!!!

In the past i have not complete order arrived in my house when i open the parcel animal pak is not in the box i sent a mail after 5 days i have received my item pretty cool if you ask me.
