Efficient
Website was well laid out and easy to use, found my product with ease. I have a tricky address so I rang up to check that it would be easy enough for them to deliver and the chap I spoke to was extremely helpful with everything and my delivery came at 10am the next day with zero problems. Give Jonny and the rest of the staff a big thanks from me!

Damaged in transit
I ordered a set of Bisley draws. The price was very competitive but the draws arrived and they were damaged so I asked for them to be replaced.
The replacement was also damaged so I asked for that one to be replaced too.
The second replacement was also damaged - although not as badly as the first two.
In the end I kept a damaged unit as I couldn't wait in again for someone to collect one and then again for another one to be delivered.
The chap at A2B Stationary was friendly and the draws were, I was told, sent directly from the manufacturer but three successive damaged products is not very impressive.
