What a brilliant service!

Matt was outstanding. The updates I received until the time of delivery were extremely helpful. Once I took delivery of my new car, Matt provided me with a detailed overview, going above and beyond. I genuinely cannot rate the service highly enough.

Matt was both personable and professional with brilliant communication and updates on the delivery of my vehicle. Took time and care unloading and spent time explaining all the features simply but informatively cannot recommend highly enough and will be using in the future for any other vehicles.

Great communication from Matt throughout the transportation process, who also gave an incredibly friendly and informative handover (which was as good as, if not better than a main dealer handover!) when delivering my vehicle. I could not recommend his services highly enough.

I recently used A2P for what I felt was a relatively small job. I needed a lawn mower moving for a service and Matt was able to help and offered a prompt and reliable service.
He kept me updated as to when he would arrive for collection and was also flexible with fitting me back in when the machine needed bringing back.

Received texts from Matt prior to delivery letting us know when he would be leaving the dealership and his ETA. On morning of delivery he arrived slightly early and waited patiently until we were ready.
He walked around the car with me explaining everything as we went. Matt patiently explained all the functions of the car and even paired both of the car keys for my wife and myself.
A very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant individual. Overall a superb example of customer service.

Matt from A2P provided a fantastic service, delivering my new BMW from the dealership in Wolverhampton to Scotland. He proactively sent photos of the car being loaded onto the trailer the evening before and arrived bang on time the next day, providing regular updates. He then took the time to show me some of the features of the car (he’s an ex-sales rep), too, which I hadn’t expected but was a nice touch and really helpful.
