I would recommend A2z for their careful and meticulous PC reconstitution work. Having been badly affected with hostile viruses my computer was returned to me completely clear and good as new without having been stripped out wholesale. All my programs and contents were left intact and without change.

Very helpful and knowledgable about Mac computers

This place is a great example of the importance of small enterprises in the economy. While the bigger firms are riddled with bureaucracy and long repair time, these guys will accommodate you quicker. They walk you through every step of the diagnostic process, give prompt updates, are transparent and honest. Arize is an excellent professional and an overall great guy, my lenovo laptop's motherboard got fried and where a factory motherboard from the manufacturer costs upwards of 500 pounds he put in some effort and managed to find a matching motherboard from a new unit for 200 pounds. I seriously can't recommend this place enough.

This company is brilliant. I spilt an entire cup of coffee on my laptop and urgently needed it fixed. A2Z picked it up from me at 11am and had it back to me completely fixed by 6pm! Amazing service cannot recommend enough

I had a fantastic service and my laptop was actually repaired, saving me the cost of a new laptop. I'd taken it to another laptop repair company before this and despite charging me, they were not able to help. Arize picked up my laptop from me and kept me updated regularly on the progress of repair. I found him to be honest and generous and I would use him again if I had future concerns with other electronic devices.

Dropped laptop in front of me after fixing, resulting in an extra fix I then had to pay for. Price was a bit steep considering this and the timeframe. Could have given more frequent updates as well. Otherwise very very good service.

After searching for so many companies and repair shops who could not find a way to properly install my new hard drive into my laptop, I was incredibly relieved after finding my solution with A2Z. The worker there is a very nice guy, and knows exactly what he is doing, he seems to have top notch professional skills that I could not find from other repair companies who became quickly baffled and unmotivated to fix my hard drive issues. A2z’s worker was quite quick and straight forward, not to mention very reasonable with pricing, he even managed to fix my printer, I highly recommend A2Z.

I would thoroughly recommended A2z. I recently contacted them and was very impressed by the level of service received. Initially I was concerned as I had not used them before and I was handing over my daughter's MacBook. However there was great communication and an honest assessment of what needed doing. I would definitely use them again.

Very good service indeed, with expert help who come out to resolve a very difficult computer problem (which had defeated others), with only a little notice, and worked through the problem with a cheerful and polite manner until it was solved.
