Scam!!! Donot order

It’s a scam. My products never arrived and it’s almost a month. I ordered 4 pieces and paid almost 65 euros. No response from customer support. I guess the only option i have now is to file a complaint at Verbraucherzentrale and inform them to not allow such fraudulent company to do business in Germany. I wonder how a313 allows them to be a distributor. I will inform them as well.

To be honest…

To be honest, i was scred to order at first because of some negative reviews here but we still did because we needed it. And our experience was good! We got the A313 tubes within a few days of ordering!

It's a Scam, you won't recieve your parcel.

update 20/01/2024: The parcel never arrived. They reply to your comment here but they do nothing to solve the problem. I contacted them after they replied here and I didn't get any answer. SCAM!

Poor Service - Item Never Arrived and No Response from Support

I ordered an item from this site, and it has yet to arrive despite the delivery timeframe passing. I’ve reached out to the support team multiple times, but I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing from this site based on my experience.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I placed an order on 8 May 2024, tried contacting them to cancel my order immediately, but 7 full WORKING days passed and I had not received either response, notification of refund, or even a notification that my order had been shipped. Even if they ignored this request, they advertise 1-3 day shipping to all of Europe, but they obviously had no intention of ever fulfilling my order and were just glad to take my money. Thankfully, my order was paid through PayPal, so 20 May 2024 (after still not having received an order update or response) I filed a complaint with PayPal and received a refund. This site is clearly a SCAM and needs to be raised as a criminal offense. BEWARE.

Update: Here is my order number #50825 - interesting you're looking into this 8 months later and only because I posted on Trustpilot. :)
