Super fast response and solution only thing I find a bit weird is that they didn’t send the knee sleeves back in a different size. So I had to order one again (got a code so I didn’t had to pay beside the delivery fee).

the products are great but shipping and returns are a nightmare. delivery takes surprisingly long. in times when most suppliers send goods in a few hours. for example Amazon delivers on the same day or the next day. with you I wait for delivery for about two weeks. that the return is the same, I don't know if it is recognized, I have to ask because there is no information from you and if it is, it is also after about 2 weeks. please, organize some network of sellers because it is a pity to spoil such good products with such sales organization. best regards.

Hi Michal! Thanks so much for the review, and I can only apologise for the delay in our response, I have only (for some reason) seen this message. We are constantly reviewing our returns and delivery policies and we have actually just updated our delivery services so that our economy delivery is a little faster than the one you used on this order.
I have also checked your return and I agree this took a while for the parcel to be returned, which is not common practice. Usually we can get returns turned around within 5 days of you sending the parcel. If you do ever feel like the return or delivery of the parcel is taking too long, you are free to email us on hello@a7europe.com and myself or Emelia will always get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays.
The over-arching theme of your review is the delivery times are a little slow, however, a lot of the time this is out of our control, especially when using our most economical shipping service. We are a small team of 3 at A7 and we are unfortunately not at the scale of Amazon who have huge networks to ensure delivery within days. We always try our hardest to offer the best service possible to our customers, which is why you will see delivery services from next-day delivery all the way up to 12 working days in Poland. This allows customers to choose the shipping that suits them best.
We hope that as we grow we can too become as large as Amazon and be able to offer this speed of delivery with all our parcels, but it is not quite possible yet as we are such a small team.
