Great coaches. Great information. I'm already off to the races with my automation agency. Erik Bledsoe (business coach) gave me very valuable guidance for my AAA.

Had a disheartening first meeting with the guy yawning throughout the meeting making lame efforts to cover his mouth with his hands (Dude, people figure it out). And was getting 'mansplained' on converting NZ dollars into euros in google. Complete turn off. And I havent even started yet. Poor first impression

Had a very informative session with Andrew James. We learnt so much from him and completely changes our perspective on sales framework and sales presentations in general. Really love how concise and easily digestible the information is.

Andrew has been an incredible mentor during my journey to securing my first client. His support, guidance, and honest advice were instrumental in helping me achieve that milestone. Working with AJ (sales coach) has been a great pleasure. As I was preparing my very first approach to prospects, I felt overwhelmed and unsure of how to structure my services proposal. AJ stepped in with exactly the guidance I needed. His deep experience in sales coaching and strategic outreach made all the difference—he didn’t just share theory, he gave actionable insights that I immediately applied to my call. Its still early days for me. In my second week here, I'm starting to recognise the true power of AI and learning so much here. I'm not a developer / coder / computer engineer. I am an Engineer though and will be making the best use of my time and Energy here.

Being a part of one of the best, if not the best community of budding AI Entrepreneurs is truly a great space to be in. I will come back to this in 3 months time and report back on my progress. That will be a more true litmus test.

The only reason this is not a five star is because I haven't been able to connect with my colleagues in the course on a deeper level - which the founders promote - in terms of networking sessions etc but I feel that's am area that can be improved. I'm not sure how, but just see that getting better, because the intent is there - so let's see!

I loved Erik. He has such a great, enthusiastic and warm energy. I felt encouraged and inspired after speaking with him. And then, 'energy' aside, his advice was knowledgable and sound. I will definitely return to him for more advice. (As many times as I can get away with!)

Erik is a wealth of knowledge and I’m biased as well since he has a faith back which drives him too.

The call was great because as someone new to business he gave me actionable steps I could take and due to warm outreach was able to book a meeting the next day.

I joined the community back in January 2025. I built my Afrex AI agency which primarily focus on delivering AI solutions with an experienced development team.
The structure is amazing this is truly the best community, the quality of the information is off the charts. They have world class coaches which help me obtain my first set of paid clients. My success manager Season, Business Coach Erik, Sales Coach Otto, and development coach Temu. If you want to start your AI journey this is the program you want to be apart of.

The 1 to 1 mentorship calls are incredibly helpful for every facet of growing an AI Automation agency. The coaches truly are expect in their own field and really help with overcoming roadblocks and positioning you correctly again. This AI agency space is predominantly consisted of making constant iterations until you find your flow and the AAA provides the perfect framework to ensure you are going in the right direction.

I joined the accelerator for six months and overall had a very positive experience. The program helped me clarify my strategy, gain confidence, and move forward with more conviction—especially in the sales area, which was a major challenge for me. That said, there were some aspects that didn’t fully meet my expectations, particularly given the complexity and ambition of my project. Still, I’m glad I joined and have decided to extend for an additional month.

✅ Pros
- The strategic framework is solid: it provides a clear, well-designed roadmap that helps structure any business, regardless of the niche. There’s also a smart and powerful exercise of “reduction to essence” that distills a general formula applicable to all AI automation agencies, regardless of their target sector or use case. This is impressive and reflects a truly insightful and thorough effort to build a replicable method. It works.

- Mara’s guidance was particularly impactful—she was analytical, present, and able to provide personalized insights at key moments.

- I appreciated the flexibility of the program and the combination of self-paced resources with coaching support.

- The quantity of available resources—videos, community exchanges, frameworks, workshops, and more—is immense. It’s nearly impossible to go through everything in just six months, especially for someone actively building a complex automation business.

- Access to coaches across different specializations was a plus, and some of them were truly committed and helpful.

❌ Cons
- The level of coach involvement varied significantly—some did not respond to DMs or showed limited engagement in sessions. Unlike the success manager, coaches are not assigned to your project, and this limits the level of context and continuity you can expect when meeting with them. Even when booking repeated sessions with the same coach, it’s not uncommon for them to forget key details of your project, which slows down progress and makes it harder to get to the core challenges. This doesn’t happen with all coaches, but it’s not rare either.

- Coach turnover and availability were a challenge; sessions were sometimes spent just bringing new coaches up to speed, and time zone limitations made certain experts essentially unreachable.

- I expected a more hands-on, tailored approach based on early sales conversations. Some coaches offered general advice, but not the depth I needed.

- The program lacks ready-made templates or advanced examples (e.g. n8n, Make, scraping flows), which could save valuable time—especially for more experienced users who already know how to handle these platforms and are looking for more sophisticated flows and scenarios.

- There’s a strong focus on sharing wins, but not enough space to normalize or share struggles. A “work in progress” or “in the trenches” channel would be helpful for mental health and transparency.

I’ve been part of the Accelerator for two months now, and it’s been a transformative experience. The course is exceptionally well-structured, and each instructor brings deep expertise to their domain. I’ve also had the privilege of connecting with an inspiring community of peers. I joined without a clear direction, but looking back, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Been in the program for about a month now and so far so good! The content is great, the plan is clear, the community is fantastic, and a lot of useful events (QandAs, workshops, networking). Season has been fantastic as a success manager, and I've connected with a few coaches who were also very helpful— shoutout to Gareth, Harry, and Otto.

Would highly recommend this program

This accelerator is packed with valuable, in-depth information. There's a ton of detailed content, but the real value comes from the community and live workshops, where you can get your questions answered in real time.

I’ve taken full advantage of nearly every coaching call, which has been incredibly helpful—especially when I’ve had more specific or in-depth questions.

Overall, I wouldn’t be nearly this far along in building a successful AI agency if I hadn’t taken the leap into the accelerator. Without it, I’d probably still be trying to figure out the path and what to do next.
