Thank you so much for your kind and considered review, we really do appreciate it very much.

We did indeed, manage to re-home all furniture and household effects from your Mum's house, to people in need. They were distributed, and delivered between 10 different people/families, so together; you, your Mum, and we,have been able to help lots of people, who now have the much needed items such as drawers, tables, and beds, that start to make an empty or sparsely furnished house, feel like home. We expect that some of the boxed items from the kitchen, will be sent to Africa in a few weeks time, as the last shipment, was sent a couple of days ago, and we're just starting on filling the container again.

Thank you so much for reviewing us, we're very grateful.

We understand how hard it is, in making the decision to have a relative's house or flat cleared. We empathise with every one of our customers going through this, as if it were our Mum or Dad.

In passing the items on, either to people in the local community, or to those in Africa, it's a much nicer feeling for us, knowing that the furniture and effects, belonging to our customers loved one's go on to have continued use.

Items being sent to Africa, are going to Gambia, and Ibadan. Some of your Mum's things have already been collected for shipment to Gambia. It's really lovely to know that this would have made your Mum happy - there are 3 main reasons we do this: It reduces landfill; the need in Africa is immense: and last but not least it's just a nicer feeling for everyone concerned.

Thank you for taking the time to review us.

We're so glad to hear that it bought comfort to you and your family, to know that furniture and effects from the house, were being re-homed.

This is exactly why we do this, so that people such as yourselves, know that wherever possible, items go on, to have continued use. There's also, always a record, of where the items went, and who to, so that the memory is always there.

Sometimes the furniture we give away is very old and dated looking, but we have some amazing followers, who allow us to deliver them, and withing a few days or weeks have done amazing transformations on them - quite often in shabby-chic style which is so popular at the moment.

We're so glad that you were happy with the service provided.

It's important to us, that we are sensitive towards all of our customers, and that we deal with the belongings of their loved ones, in the same way. Household furniture, and effects meant something to them, and wherever possible we try to to find new homes for them, but if that can't be done, they are still handled with respect, like if they had belonged to our Mum or Dad.
