Still No Refund Since July — Unbelievably Unprofessional

When will you reply about the status of the refund? I’ve been waiting since July. It’s a small amount of 2,100kr but it’s the principle that matters. Keeping someone’s money this long is no different than taking it. The way this has been ignored is ridiculous: no communication, no accountability, an absolute joke.

And yes, I expect the return cost of 180kr to be included in the refund, considering how you’ve handled this situation. This whole experience makes the company look careless and untrustworthy, and it really shows in the quality of the clothes too, exactly what so many other reviewers have already said.

Quick sending and good product

The item was very quickly sent, and the quality of the product was good. Unfortunately the dress didn't fit me well, so I returned. That went easily enough as well, but it did take a while for the money to come back onto my account. But generally a good experience.

The shoes were of poor quality and are significant defects. When I contacted your customer service for assistance, the response I received was far from satisfactory.
I expected better both in terms of product quality and customer support. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both your product standards and the way you handle customer complaints.

Åaberg Copenhagen shop’s bad service

I’m very unpleased with Åaberg Copenhagen shop’s service.
Their support works very slowly and even ignore customers.
I’ve made an order on their site and wanted to correct it (to add some more items). As there’s no such a funktion to cancel or correct order on their site , I wrote them to the support and explained the situation- they’ve read it in a short time but just ignored, thought my pack wasn’t sent yet and could be changed.
Besides, there was another bad experience with Åaberg Copenhagen shop before, when I’ve returned my pack( as it’s allowed for 14 days) they’ve accepted it but forgot to return me my money. So, I wrote them about such a slowly and bad service and they should improve. Also asked why there’s no such an option for customers to change or cancel their orders self and why customers can’t write comments on their site. They’ve ignored all my questions and answered something about a good tone…, which is absolutely not correct in this situation because my tone was good from the very beginning. This is like speculation or some words game.
I’m very unsatisfied with Åaberg Copenhagen shop’s service and don’t want to buy anything more in this shop also don’t want to get any their messages.

As we have explained to you several times, you contacted us via Instagram regarding your order. That social media platform is not intended for customer service inquiries or changes to orders. You automatically receive a message asking you to contact our customer service instead.

Our customer service is open on weekdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, and by phone from 9 AM to 2 PM. By the time we read your email in customer service, your order had unfortunately already been shipped, and we informed you that we were unable to make changes to it.

We do everything we can to dispatch our packages quickly, as this is something most of our customers truly appreciate. That is why it was not possible to make changes before your order was sent out.

Unfortunately, things escalated from there. You reacted extremely aggressively, and we tried to explain that in urgent cases, it is always best to contact us by phone so we can resolve the matter quickly.

However, you continued to contact us several times using a very inappropriate and offensive tone. We strongly distance ourselves from this kind of communication and cannot accept such behavior.

Not Recommended: Deliberately Complicated Return Policy and Terrible Quality

My experience with this store has been absolutely dreadful. The products are of extremely poor quality, far from what was shown in the photos and videos. The items are oversized and shapeless, completely unlike what was advertised.

The return process is a nightmare, clearly designed to make it impossible for the customer to get their money back. Instead of a simple refund, I was offered a voucher, which I am absolutely not interested in – especially given the low quality of the items.

The customer service is appalling and extremely biased, with disrespectful communication and even threats being made. After multiple attempts to return the product, I’ve wasted countless hours trying to deal with their incompetent support team. It’s clear that this store is trying to cheat its customers by avoiding refunds and pushing vouchers instead.

I strongly advise you to check the real reviews with low ratings – these are the actual customers. I highly recommend staying away from this store.
