Warning: Beware of Untrustworthy Employee

I am compelled to share my extremely negative experience with Cindy Schonhardt with American Airlines Federal Credit Union. Unfortunately, I have lost trust in her professionalism and integrity.

I encountered the following issues during our process:

Miscommunications, unprofessional behavior, misrepresentation of facts, or unresponsive communication.

I strongly advise you to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this person. Her actions may not be in your best interest, and I would not recommend her to anyone.

If you are considering working with this person please be aware of the potential risks and take necessary precautions to protect yourself.

I hope this warning will help prevent others from experiencing similar difficulties.
