I enrolled in APMP Foundation Level training with this provider in June 2026.
Over the following months, the training was repeatedly postponed and rescheduled. After numerous follow-ups, specific one-to-one training dates were eventually agreed and confirmed. Despite this, no meeting invitations or joining details were provided, and the training sessions never took place.
When I contacted the provider regarding the missed training, I was informed that the sessions had been lost due to calendar issues. Alternative arrangements and certification-related commitments were subsequently mentioned, but no clear resolution was ever delivered.
After several months of delays, missed commitments, and repeated attempts to obtain clarification, the matter was ultimately closed with a refund of the original payment.
My experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication, repeated scheduling failures, and the non-delivery of the training service.
