I recently needed to invest in a mobility scooter and must report what an easy experience this was with Additional Aids at Whitton. The member of staff I dealt with was Nigel and he was was extremely helpful and professional and I was supplied with a suitable scooter within 48 hours. Totally hassle free - delivered and insurance sorted

This was my very 1st interaction with Aamobility (Nigel & team) and all I can say is that it definitely will not be the last. They were very easy to communicate with and were very detailed & helpful in ensuring that the right and best fit item was ordered for our wheelchair. I contacted AA mobility out of hours and was suprise to get a response. They took the time to look at the photos and put recommendations in. The most enlightening part is that it was done in a non greedy leading way. So much so I was £120 better off from other quotes. As I am sure that a number of their customers have vulnerabilities I would feel confident on my experience recommending vulnerable people to this service

My family used the services of Additional Aids Mobility following a nasty fall involving my elderly father which resulted in a broken hip. Once he was able to return home Nigel & Terry helped us with an orthopaedic chair at very short notice which has proved invaluable. They also arranged the installation of a stair-lift, again at very short notice, which dramatically improved my father's day to day quality of life. Both the chair & stair-lift have been 100% reliable.
We have been extremely impressed with the level of service received from Nigel & Terry at AA Mobility who were very attentive and sympathetic throughout all of our discussions. We would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again, if needed, or recommending them to friends & family.

I was a bit nervous about the transaction as the machine I wanted to buy was a lot of money. But I needn’t have worried. Additional Aids Mobility is a fantastic shop. There was great communication and I was kept informed throughout the process. I was extremely pleased, would not hesitate to use the shop again. I highly recommend it.
