We used Richard and his company at the start of June for a return trip to Stansted airport and wouldn't use anyone else now for our airport taxis.

Richard was super quick at replying and answering questions. The gentlemen that dropped us off and picked us up were super friendly and helpful with cases.

Totally recommend Aardvark for your travel needs we used Richard and his company for return trips to and from Stansted in June. Both times the minibus, there were 5 of us plus a lot of luggage, was there waiting for us ahead of time.
Fantastic service, competitive pricing, decent vehicles and friendly drivers.

We had such a great experience with this taxi company on our journey back from Gatwick. Our driver, Chris, was absolutely lovely – punctual, polite, and professional. Communication beforehand was excellent; he kept us updated, tracked our flight, and made finding him at the airport super easy. It was such a smooth and stress-free trip home. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be using them exclusively from now on!

Andy took us to Brighton for a little break and picked us up again a few days later. It was such a stress free journey. I got texts the day before to name the driver and state the time. It took all the stress out of the journey and made the holiday amazing. We will be using Aardvark again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Booked taxi from Stansted. Driver wasn’t there when we came through so called and he drove in 5 mins later. He was surprised we had 3 hold pieces of luggage even though I had specified this when booking. We therefore had to put one case in the back between us. He was a chatty/friendly driver and we all got home safely.

This was the second time I have used this service. I had an early flight from Heathrow and taxi booked at 4.45am. At 4.50am no sign of taxi I called Richard. He answered promptly but didn’t know where my driver was. He called back to say he had found a replacement driver but he could not get to me for at least 30 minutes. The replacement driver Sergio did a magnificent job of trying to work his way as quickly as possible through the traffic on the M25 and I arrived at the terminal 45 minutes before my internal flight to Scotland and made it through security with a minute to spare. I later found my original driver Greg had overslept. Overall a very stressful start to the trip however in fairness Richard did his best to rectify an unfortunate situation.

Seamless service from booking through to pick up from stansted. Helpful and friendly even though it was early hours of the morning and plane was 45 minutes late arriving. Thank you Richard and driver, john. Have already booked for my next trip.

Richard arrived on time and offered a great service, helping my aged parents in and out of the vehicle, a nice touch. Recommended!
