Have used this company for personal travel and for business clients and have found all the drivers to be of an excellent standard. The company keeps you updated and are highly professional. For long distance I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Incredibly rude and abrupt attitude, which was COMPLETELY unnecessary!! No thanks!!!

Not disablity friendly. Calls people "id***s who cannot read google" when they have a disablity and shames them on a public reviewing site when their rudeness was uncalled for in the first place. Non inclusive therefore. Calls people "saddos" and "serial moaners" and contradict themselves in their posts . Really crap business sense that -to alienate people and make them feel like dirt isn't it? Call me a saddo if you like but take this sound advice "Your customers pay your bills , therefore do not assume they are stupid or if you do , do not write public reviews making your views known . Be professional. Be courteous. This makes good business sense . Have some class. Think who you are hurting. I can tell you now 1. Yourself as you are the one who looks like a right unprofessional idiot who does not give a *insert curse word here* about his customers and therefore you will lose business 2. Others who may have used you but have now seen this review and would not touch you with a 10 foot barge pole, especially women with your intimidating attitude and 3. Those with a disablity ...those with depression for instance....4. Just do not be a idiot ...everyone is going through something and maybe this time being a prize xxxx was not the correct decision .
Please learn from this. You are being a prize you know what.

Called with a simple query and whoever was on the phone so rude!!! Will never use or recommend! No way to treat people.

Edit: I was not drunk I was completely sober. I was traveling back from London, I googled taxis and your number came up and only said Aardvark Travel Colchester (I can happily send a screenshot as proof) You did not say anything 3 times in fact you didn't say anything before launching into the rudness. I was polite on the phone. Absolutely shocking behavior.

I will not be entertaining such a childish company anymore. To anyone reading these reviews please take note that if you have any issues or complaints it will dealt with with name calling and childish behavior as demonstrated by the company themselves. I don't need to say anymore they have outed themselves with what sort of company they are.

Richard arranged to take and pick my family up to/from Heathrow, with 2 children and all the luggage it was an amazing service and much less hassle than the train. Competitively priced as well, can't recommend highly enough...

Richard was great he got us out of a last minute dilemma, he communicated with us efficiently always keeping us in the loop. Turned up on time and was at our collection point early messaging us to let us know he was there ready.

Richard Ford t/as Aardvark Travel took us from Stansted airport to our home in Colchester. We needed to hire a cab with short noticed as we were repatriated after our car broke down halfway back to the UK. He answered our request for a quote immediately, made it all easy and fast, and at a very competitive rate. He was nice and courteous all the way, drove sensibly, and was COVID protected wearing himself microbiology-lab grade mask (I am a biologist and work in research, his was at better specs than my lab's). My 6yo forgot her jacket in the car and he came back home hours later, almost 9pm, to bring it back without us even knowing! Cannot recommend him more enthusiastically.

Used Richard for 3 different trips, was easy to communicate with and fairly priced.

Fantastic service. On time, fantastic price but most of all very friendly driver. Highly recommended and definitely will be using you all the time. Thank you.
