Very unfair cancellation policy

I had to cancel my trip due to personal reasons. This company had the opportunity to refund me, I cancelled in good time, there was plenty of time for the apartment to be re-booked and they refused to refund what I paid.

I was going to book one of their apartments in the future but now I will not.

I would recommend booking with another company with a fairer cancellation policy (there are plenty in Aarhus) as if there is a reason you suddenly can’t go, this company will not care.
