Do NOT use AA VACATIONS!

We booked an accessible cabin with them on Cunard Lines. They had all our info, kept credit card, etc. While they said they sent an email notice that the final payment was due, we didn’t see the email. They Barbour cabin go! We did get a refund but when we went to book again (a different agent with AA Vacations) she got us a cabin in a close location but not accessible- which I really need! She had our credit card info on file and rebooked everything. That tells me the idiot first agent (and he was new) could have paid the balance. We had $3,000. deposit down. Did he really think we wanted to cancel the cruise. But NOT having accessible cabin will make this arctic cruise adventure so much more difficult for me and if we didn’t have non-refundable business class air already booked I would have just not rebooked. IMO: DO NOT USE AA VACATIONS , at least not for cruise travel. They’re too big and not personal. Get an agent who knows you, works with you and will call you if they have questions!
