They sent me the wrong item and ignored my request for a refund. They messed up! When I tried to get help, they kept sending the same generic message that I am to pay for shipping ($46!) in order to process a return! Trash company, trash customer service.

Very stretchy and comfortable. The only thing it's missing is a shorter length. Easily fixable after 1st wash.

I loved the product but I got the wrong size, so I wrote to sales, they confirmed it was possible to get a change sending back what I've purchased but they never replied to me when asking for details on where to send the returning package, no replies in 10 days even if I send 4-5 messages.
I am quite disappointed. :(

The pants were lovely and fit like a glove. Unfortunately the button was faulty and I requested an exchange which was processed immediately and arrived within days.

I wanted to like these but they didn't work out. The fit is very strange/ It appears that they are based in America but they take a long time to ship from Thailand, and the sizing is asian sizing, so a bit smaller than you would think. I am fine with clothing made overseas but they should step it up a bit if they are claiming to be the most amazing jeans ever. Given the reviews, I expected a bit more, I knew they'd be cheapish style but I like that sometimes if they feel good/look good. If I want to return them, the shipping will cost me so what a waste....my bad. Fabric is a bit cheap, all in all, I very much wish I didn't buy them.

Pathetic customer service. Have not sent me a refund for my return. Size guide completely wrong. Do not buy here!!

The jeans are tight which is good however the zipper instead of being straight is pulling with a curve in the zip making it unwearable. Very disappointed

Sizes guide is completely off. I’ve sent my order back which cost $25 and they have not refunded my account or responded to any of my emails! Not happy!

The pants shipped timely but the description of the sizes do not seem to be accurate. No matter where I shop I am a large or 12 so I ordered a B and these do not fit like the website says

I measured myself to ensure I chose the right size. I normally wear a size 22 or 24 in American sizes. I picked your largest size based on your size chart and they're still too small. You need to reevaluate your sizing.

Not worth $85, cheap fabric. The cost to ship the return back was half the cost of the pants, that’s only if you use a business FedEx acct. Otherwise, return shipping far exceeds what you initially paid.

Item to small and not fitting according to size chart. Way to difficult to return and will not shop again

The ordering process was easy and the product is of very high quality.

Bad quality. I wore the jeans one time and the snap completely broke off. Now I have to go find somewhere to get it fixed, as that will probably be cheaper than sending them back to Thailand for a replacement. This company should send me a new pair and also a pre-paid label to replace them. The customer should not have to pay to send back jeans with a faulty snap after only wearing once. It’s bad customer service and very disappointing!

Light material and very stretchy. The button feels a bit loose but hopefully it'll hold. When picking size, go by measurements and not by their estimated sizes. Pant length is a little short for tall people. Overall it's a really nice pair of trousers but a bit pricey

Sizing chart is wrong, ordered the size recommended and when they arrived there was no way I could have gotten them on above my knees, as they were way too small
