We had a fantastic experience working with Abbey on a recent major renovation project in South London. Steve and the team were professional and responsive throughout, and we would happily recommend them.

We contracted Abbey Extensions in Feb 2023 to build our large rear extension, a small front extension and a bathroom reno. We liaised with a number of companies prior to going with Abbey and we took this decision as we felt trust between both parties, this was very important to me as inevitably with a project like this, there will be times where a trusted escalation point would be needed and I needed to be confident that there was someone I could pick up the phone to and would be responsive if and when those situations occurred.

The build team were professional, had integrity and were skilled at their duties so I did not feel at unease during this process. Were there times were I was unhappy about certain things or they needed resolving? Yes, but these were resolved to my satisfaction and I always had someone to escalate any day to day issues with - I found Abbey to be very fair in their approach which I really valued.

Our project is now complete and we're very much enjoying our new space, it looks great! I have already recommended Abbey to friends and family and I will certainly use them in the future.

Steve, Tani and the Abbey team completed a full renovation of our house, working closely with our architects. The renovation was completed on time, on budget and to an excellent standard. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and the end result. We were very impressed with Abbey’s professionalism, proactiveness and communication throughout the 6 month duration of the project. Any issues identified were dealt with straight away, and with a collaborative approach which we really appreciated. Since the main renovation was completed, we’ve had Abbey back to complete some smaller jobs and their responsiveness and quality of work has continued to be top notch.

Steve and his team did my loft conversion. 100% trustworthy. Quality was fantastic and they came back when there were minor issues. Highly recommend to anyone and they have gone on to do a number of friends' houses/flats

Steve /Jack and the Team were fantastic , they helped with a family build and nothing was to much. As a supplier of Steve , mixing business and pleasure is a risk. But I can't recommend them highly enough. The planning , communication and end result was 10/10.
We had regular meetings on site/ and virtually to update us on project. If your looking for a honest builder who delivers what they say. Call these guys !
