British Gas advised us the reason our pump kept failing was because our system needed a power flush. Who knew our radiators should not whine when the boiler was on and alert us when it turned off with a loud bubbly noise. So Vince turned up at 8 and got started straight away. We have 14 radiators and I don't think they have ever been cleaned. Vince said the water was black. The system now runs silently and all the radiators are warming up properly. Really pleased with the service.

After 20 years service our oil fired boiler gave up.
Having used Abbey in the past I asked them to quote for another oil fired boiler.
Stephen came out looked at the job and gave us a quote.
Within a couple of days we are now back to normal with another Worcester Bosch boiler.
A profficient knowledgable company with great to deal with staff.

Hi, to anybody who is reading this review, I genuinely can’t express how professional and good this company is, we had two independent so called heating experts who basically just condemned our Vaillant boiler. We looked on trust pilot and thought well we will try Abbey heating, best decision we made, from the first visit by Lewis, to a couple of short visits from Nigel and Steven , which may sound a lot, but it did need diagnosing, to parts being fitted and servicing, then the last visit was our choice as we wanted a remote thermostat controller as we didn’t think possible being an old boiler. If we could give them 6 stars we would and Tina who works in the office is not only professional, she’s friendly, lovely to have a chat to it’s not just about taking your call and sounding disinterested. The whole experience has been over and above and very reasonably priced. People who want jobs fixing in one visit and for nothing are very unrealistic. We can’t recommend this company enough. We had a new boiler fitted by Abbey Boilers - going from a conventional boiler to a combi. The price was great - a really high quality boiler and an amazing job done! The engineers were great, as were those who work in the office. Thank you all!

Had a new Worcester boiler and flue fitted, arrived on time all the work was excellent, no mess very helpful with full instructions, would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service - we have had a regular service/maintenance contract for years and service has always been great. However, this week we had to contact Abbey Heating due to a breakdown. Tina was incredibly helpful and arranged for an engineer to visit the same day. The engineer quickly identified the problem, had the correct part immediately to hand and had the system up and running again in no time. Great service and very much appreciated.

The company attended and dealt with a break down in a timely manner calling back out of hours when necessary parts were not to hand at the time of diagnosis of the problem. This is why we have been happy to deal with these contractors for personal and business for some 25 years plus.
