Provided report of very poor quality, which contained mistakes, with heavy use of AI tools for calculations based on simplified models.

When confronted with this at point of complaint they proceeded to gaslight about the initial engagement despite written evidence, denied use of AI despite smartphone screenshots of ChatGPT in the report itself, then comically determined that there were no errors or issues with the report or service.

I strongly encourage you to avoid this company. The friendly initial engagement was promptly undone by the poor quality of service, and unprofessional follow-up.

Abbey Partners really helped me out with my Property purchase. They located the problems and as a result I managed to get the property’s asking price reduced! Thanks to Zeb and the team.

Price initially agreed for calculations and they changed price mid way through, asking for more!

I Requested a refund and experienced a raised voice down the phone and refusal to issue me with a refund, for a service i still havent received. I was then hung up on and still havent got my money back!

Spend your hard earned money else where!!
