Poor product. Extra cost. Mis-delivered.
The day after I placed my order, I received an email saying I had to pay a significant amount extra or they wouldn't deliver it. The order was then delivered to the wrong address - I only received it five days later when the recipient brought it to my house. The products were supposed to be frosted/semi-transparent but almost every item had dark marks on them that didn't come off and made them look bad. Abbey Stationery failed to meet my expectations on every account - I could not possibly recommend them.

We are sorry to hear that you feel that our service has not met your expectations. Unfortunately, as our website advises we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland without additional costs, these are courier costs we incur and are passed on at cost. Our delivery service is 2-3 working days and your order was processed on the 9th of November and delivered and signed for on 14th November, which is 3 working days. If the courier delivered to the wrong address, then we apologise but this was out of our control. As to the product having dark marks which do not come off then we have no record of complaint from you about this order, as our policy is quite clear, if our products are faulty we will replace without question and feel that your review is unjust as you have made no attempt to contact us to rectify any problems you feel you have had. If you would like to have this product replaced then please do contact our office where we will be happy to discuss this with you.
Excellent A5 Binders
I've purchased a number of these A5 folders and I'm really pleased with the quick turn around time on delivery. The folders are great quality and excellent for my business needs. Would highly recommend and will return to order more in the near future!
