Order process was fine and the book about Scissors arrived swiftly. I deducted one star because the content of the book is not the quality I expected. Some pages read like written by AI - really superficial and no help. It would have been fine if some sources were given, for those people who are not satisfied with statements like "high quality", "great quality" or "best quality".

Your feedback is important to me and as such I have emailed you for more information on your points above. I personally wrote this scissor guide and had it proof-read by the publisher to ensure that it was written correctly and read well. No AI was used to create this book.
With regards to the quality of the various types of stainless steel, I have tried to explain this in the book as the 'quality' is based on the Rockwell Hard Test, the chemical make-up of the individual types of steel used and their ability to be good grooming scissors. All my scissors are made from 440c Japanese Stainless Steel, with the exception of my VG10 range. Chemically, 400c, VG10 and Cobalt are better quality or better grades of stainless steel compared to 420, 409, 200 steel types when it comes to grooming scissors.
I will, however take your points on board and look to improve my scissor guide.
