No movement on case, missed deadlines, slow to respond and zero accountability
If you like to have your emails ignored, deadlines missed, actions promised but never delivered, this is the firm for you!
Every email I have sent this firm has taken a minimum of 4 weeks to get a response (usually longer). The responses you get back are genuinely unhelpful, and dont include the name of the person that sent the email, leading to zero accountability for the actions promised but never completed.
They are required to have a published complaints policy. But whether or not they are required to follow their published policy is an open question, because they didnt follow it in the slightest when things got so bad that I had to formally complain. They acknowledged my complaint 15 days later, and then never got a response again after that. Like it disappeared into a black hole.
My experience with Abbleys Solicitors suggests to me that their level and quality of service is well below average and it failed to meet my expectations across the board.
