I bought the Poldark Coat for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately, the fit wasn’t right. I contacted customer service and their response was quick and always immediate. And they offered a couple of ways to fix my issue. I was impressed with the customer service I received. I appreciated the quick responses to all my emails. My husband loved the Coat.

Excellent custom service through the entire order process. My Unus Annus Hoodie arrived as described with high quality. I also ordered a pink sweater that was cancelled due to lack of proper material. The customer service helped me with a full refund due to the error. I would definitely order in the future.

BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
they claim they sell a "Destiny 2: Beyond Light Deep Stone Crypt Raid Jacket", after I placed my order they tell me it only has plain lining not the printed "RAID" lining as shown in the picture. Which makes it "JUST A JACKET"! Then they want to charge me a service charge of $30 to cancel the order.

They have no contact number, only email and the MAIN email address is full or not accepting emails, so you cannot reply to their email that indicates the $30 service fee charge. Will be contacting my Credit Card company for dispute. Will never do business with this company again. Just "heed this warning" if you do!.

I ordered a wool sweater. I received a polyester sweatshirt. The return policy is not easy. After many emails, I still don't have an RMA, a shipping address and now I'm being told that I am responsible for the shipping charges back + $15 will be deducted from my refund. I will never do business with Abbraci again.

I ordered a custom Gentleman Ray Coat and their customer service was amazing. The coat arrived in a timely manner and it looks and feels great. It was a great experience shopping with them and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Abracci!

I ordered the Oliver Tree jacket for my halloween costume this year. The jacket came in no time but when I tried it on it was a bit too small. The jacket itself was amazing, just not the right size. So I emailed the company to see if I could get a larger size. They were so kind, patient, and helpful. I’m very pleased with my experience.

i just got my "Oliver Tree Jacket" and it is very accurate and fits very well. Customer Service did helped alot in choosing the right size for me. hats off for Lisa.

this company is very good and easy to use. i had an idea in my mind and i eagerly wanted the jacket to be created for this fall. I searched for this company that they offer custom leather jackets at a very cheap price as compared to the market. they made it very well just what i wanted. Thank you so much for this!

good fabric and pretty nice fit the fabric of the jacket is good and it fits very nice. I will order again from abbraci. customer service do deserve 5 stars.
