Shipping was fast and trustworthy. Quality of the dress was phenomenal!!! Price was on point. You won't be disappointed.

My dress literally came in 4 days! It’s so pretty and the quality is amazing.

They are amazing! I ordered a LaDivine dress in the wrong size, contacted them before it shipped, and they changed the size for me within an hour of the order being placed. When it arrived it didn’t fit, so I initiated an exchange. Within the hour they had the exchange all set up for me. I shipped the dress back and the same day they shipped me the correct size. I got 2 day shipping and it arrived as expected. The LaDivine dress quality is excellent for the price point, and is almost the same quality as my Sherri Hill dresses. The customer service at ABC is the best I’ve seen in a long time! I ordered from them because they do allow returns with refunds, and I will definitely order from them again due to the quality of the products and the amazing customer service!

My dress came quick and perfect to what I wanted, I was pleased that I was able to change the shipping method effectively to require a signature. Will be buying here again.

Excellent and thorough customer service. Didn't carry the crinoline I had in mind, so they ordered it from the manufacturer and knocked nearly 50% off as a wedding gift. This was the second ballgown I've purchased from these folks, and should I ever need a third I'll be going to them once again

They sent me a prom dress that reeked of chemicals and was not wearable. They refused to see this as a defect and insisted on charging the 20% fee and restock fee. Not only did they not refund me minus the fees--they did no refund me at all! I've had to open a second complaint with my credit card company to get a refund for a dress I returned. Also, while their "policy" states that copious glitter shedding is normal, this was also an issue with their product. The dress was stiff, smelly, shedding glitter. Not something a kid should wear on their special prom day. No merchant should be proud to sell a junky dress like this for $249.

I had to pay £200 delivery cost and the dress came and had about 10 strings coming out randomly! I paid about 1k for the worst dress ever! They need to refund me as this is a joke!

Just received my granddaughters dress for galaday was realy worried about buying from so far away incase of problems well the dress arrived this morning it is beyond stunning even nicer than photo & fits like a glove my granddaughter absolutely adores it, Nanny was close to happy tears, shipping was super fast and tracking was amazing we loved watching this dress travelling to us after our event next week il post photos Thankyou so much ABC any future dresses will be bought through yous ❤️

I must say I was skeptical at first. But ABC Fashion was very professional. I ordered my dress on a 3/12 and my dress came in 3/22, it would have came earlier but there was a discrepancy with the Post Office not ABC Fashion. When I received my daughters dress I was so pleased. My daughter had tried this dress on previously in a formal dress shop and it was over $700. I found the dress on ABC Fashion but almost half the cost and I must say it was the exact same dress nothing different. I highly recommend ABC Fashion if you want to get the manufacturers cost. I wish there was a way to upload photos

Probably the worst dress I’ve ever bought. The fabric was cheap and not well stitched. What a complete waste of my money and I’m ashamed that I even bought it. NEVER AGAIN.

I been shopping with ABC Fashion since 2010. I’ve never been disappointed. The gowns are just as shown on the website. ABC is so accommodating they will help you anyway that they can.. I ordered on a Monday dress was on my doorstep Thursday evening. I would highly recommend this company !

I highly highly recommend this store I came to this store because a dress I wanted was sold out every where in my size even here. Before I could buy the site let me know it was on back order but my event isn’t for some time so it was ok. I got a text from crystal saying when the dress would be shipped out but that she had the dress in a size above and a size below mine and that the dress sometimes runs small I asked to go up on the size and she let me know that it was only one left and she would see if the warehouse was able to get it for me. In that moment I knew she cared deeply about her customers because she didn’t have to do any of that. She text me the next day telling me that the dress was shipping out and sent my tracking information. I’m so excited I had to write a review I’m so grateful and definitely shopping her again and sending all my friends. Thanks so much crystal you helped get my dream dress for my reunion
