Excellent and informative session

Mark is an excellent trainer who put us at our ease immediately with his humour and relaxed attitude! The two hours were very interesting and flew past, and the approach was very much based on our own circumstances, which was good. Afterwards I felt much more confident and knowledgeable.

Excellent training

Having undertaken basic life support and anaphylaxis training every year for more years than I care to remember I have to say this was one of the best sessions I have attended both in terms of content and presentation. He pitched at just the right level for his audience. Many thanks Mark
