Shocking!

Shocking!
Item delivered damaged, i wrote, had Automated responses confirming they will contact me numerous times.
I called, left messages with no responses.
Email their customer complaints direct and ignored.

Left with damaged furniture and over £200 out of pocket.
AVOID this site if you don’t not wish to be ROBBED!!

Avoid this company, customer service is non existent

Ordered a cabinet. It was due to arrive in two packages. Only one was delivered apparently the other was damaged. However delivery people lost the second package and didn’t return it. Now Abdabs can’t send out the replacement package. None of this is caused by me and yet over a month after ordering there is no sign of any replacement and no update.

AVOID!

There’s more chance of contacting the queen - AVOID!

We ordered a dining set (table with four chairs). Three of the four chairs wobble and the table is very flimsy and also wobbles despite being taken a part and reassembled incase we’d missed something first time round. I have been awaiting a reply to resolve this since the start of October, five months later and still no reply. I appreciate things are difficult with covid, but since emailing they have updated social media posts and sent out automatic replies saying they’ll respond in two days. If I don’t hear from them very soon then I’ll have no choice but to take this further.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Delivered a badly damaged table, sent another also badly damaged. Ive had 2 40kg tables standing in my house for a couple of weeks til they eventually collected them. Now over a week later...Still no refund.. emails are ignored. Service is beyond awful! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Great prices, awful service

Abdabs has underperformed at every step of the way. Ordered two pieces of furniture (Shetland Tall Wide Book cases). First one was MONTHS late because they are a drop-shipper who advertises products they don’t actually stock, and in this case was not even due for release for two months after they took my money.
Their courier NEVER bothers to notify delivery DAYS let alone time range, and the packaging damaged my floor.
Second item arrived in 2 days, was damaged, and it’s now almost 5 weeks since I followed their parts replacement procedure, and still no parts. Promised that they MIGHT arrived in another week or so, but given their ineptitude, I’m not hopeful. At every step *I* have to do the chasing. They’re very polite, but that’s not enough.
Was offered a refund IF I hadn’t attempted to assemble the furniture. How would I know it was damaged until I reached that stage?
The furniture assembly is poorly designed and the doors don't hang right even after adjustment, but looks great and is well-priced, but I would gladly pay more not to go through this aggravation.

Excellent price and quick delivery

The bed frame was a really good price compared to other websites. Delivery was super speedy - practically overnight. The frame is sturdy, in perfect condition and exactly what I wanted. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because communication could be better - I didn't receive a dispatch confirmation, there was no tracking and I didn't know when the bed was being delivered. But the good definitely outweighs the bad and I would use this company again.
