I can't leave a zero star but that all this scam business deserves. They mislead people into thinking they are an UK company when they are from Honk Kong. They offer free return and exchanges but that is a lie as you have to pay the cost of postage to China and insurance on top. The comments on Facebook are not genuine and if you leave a negative comment it's get deleted immediately! The customer service uses ArtificiaI intelligence so you never get a proper answer to your inquiry. I have reported them to Facebook as fraudsters. The quality of the shoes is poor and should not be described as orthopedic.

Ordered shoes more than month ago still no delivery no confirmation of any sort very dissapointing service!!!

Cheap plastic material, not the colour I ordered.Already falling apart.Impossible to return to China. LIke other reviewers I would prefer to give zero stars if that was an option.

If I could put no stars I would! You should avoid this company! I ordered on 8th January,took 3 weeks to arrive.Wrong colour sent,no box and squashed.Not the size they should be far too small.They will not issue me with any refund after agreeing to part refund.Total scammers,Their advert is is untrue.NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.Keep away from Scammers on facebook!!!! Read other reviews!!

Iv paid for the boots 24 99 and I haven't received them yet there is no phone number to ring so I Know That I Have Been Scammed .I cannot afford to loose 24 99 on a pair of boots .Can Someone Tell Me if this company is a SCAM?

I ordered blue orthopaedic sandals from Abelkshoes last June. When they arrived I was disgusted with the quality, not at all like the photo shown. They were made in China with cheap and nasty plastic material.
Only after one wear the nasty material brought my feet up with a nasty itchy rash where the straps went over my feet and my feet puffed up and were badly swollen. Since that time back in June I've been treating my feet trying to get the swelling down and treating the rashes with antibiotics but to this day, 25th November 2024, I am still trying to get my feet back to normal. I have photos of my feet as proof but can't seem to call them over into this review.

Please don't trust this company to send you the product you have viewed on Facebook. I would have rated this review as zero but it would not let me go below 1 so take this as a zero rating.

I ordered sandals on the 13th May 2024 and have still not received them. This company is a total scam. Do not order from them

My wife ordered some sandals on a Facebook advert on the 20th June and the money has cleared our account. Can you please help.

I ordered a pair of Trainers on the 29May they cost me £24.98 including postage,and as of today 10 June I still not received them .

Beware ordering through Facebook , don’t do it. You will get notification of the shoes on the plane ( from China!) and then that they have arrived and then that they were delivered……but they never were delivered. Probably not even on the plane either. My 85 year old Mum just got scammed by them.

Do not order directly through Facebook as you have no proof of purchase or paperwork. Need to return as wrong size sent but no information at all either by email or in the parcel. Understand from others that they have to be returned to China but have no details. These were ordered on 14/04/2024 and arrived 27/04/2024

I ordered shoes 11th March 2024. They still have not arrived 23rd March 2024. No notifications or acknowledge to my payment.I received my shoes 2nd April. I have to admit they are as described and I love them. ONE star for delivery time, four for shoe satisfaction.

My husband ordered slippers for me. Arrived, too small. Sent back to the returns address which is based in UK. Sent 1st class signed for.Husband tried emailing company, which reply says you need to return to factory in China.
Return Address was clearly stated as in uk.
Absolutely awful service, con artists at there best.
Husband has now had to go through PayPal to get refund.
Avoid buying from this company as more hassle than it's worth.
This company promises 100% refund. Total tosh!!

No stars would be more accurate. If you find the shoes uncomfortable, as I did, beware! There is no paperwork included, so no address to return the item to for a refund. An email complaint elicited the same response as others have found, saying that the expense of returning the shoes (to China presumably) would not be worth it and offering a 10% refund. Life's too short to argue the toss with them, so I am giving the shoes to a charity shop in the hope that someone will find them comfortable, and rejecting the refund in favour of writing this review.

Please be aware they are not Sketchers, have not got the support, they smell awful, i can’t get an address to send back, So I won’t get my money back, also they are advertising on Facebook where I found them, I should have looked for reviews before ordering, I think Facebook have a lot to answer for.

Boots were ordered, nothing like pictures have asked for a refund and they are stopping 20% refund,company is registered here but have to send it back to china .Doing this review on behalf of my mum
