Disgrace, booked a taxi 2 days before I needed it to take me to he airport for 8.30am, never arrived, when I phoned at 8.45am to enquire where it was I was told it was just dropping off someone and would be there promptly.
At 8.55am I had to use my own car and pay for a week's parking at the airport - when the driver phoned to say he was there at 9.05am he told me he only got the pickup 10 minutes before.
Wouldn't advise anyone to use them especially for an airport run.

Good service booked online whilst on the train. Cab was waiting for me at the point stated on the text message along with the name of the driver. Very good service.

Called the Aberdeen Taxis freephone line in my hotel to book a cab for 19:15 (in half an hours time). No price given and only basic information taken. Details not repeated back - should have been a warning. By 19:25 cab hadn't arrived so called and chased. They hadn't taken my number so asked for it so the driver could call me to let me know where they were. By 19:30 still not arrived so called restaurant to say that I would be late.
Next a text message to say cab had been dispatched but tracking link that the text contained didn't work and more time before driver finally arrived.
Terrible service and locals confirm that they are bad. When you're used to Uber this is primitive.

The other main cab company in Aberdeen (Rainbow) were much better on the return trip.

Used work there as taxi driver worst place to work for specially Chris the the boss never book taxi with this place he sackes people for no reason and the drivers can pick and choose what jobs they can take that's why jobs run late

We had our wedding at Banchory Lodge on Saturday. One of our friends who has a mobility scooter was staying with us and had a train booked at 1145 on Sunday morning. On Saturday, she booked a taxi to collect her at 1045 the next morning. She received a confirmation from Aberdeen taxis and assumed all was arranged. At 1045 on the Sunday our friend was waiting outside for her car. Aberdeen taxis then phoned to say they were still in Aberdeen and couldn't come.

We tried to arrange an alternative but, of course, by then it was too short notice. A family member drove her to the station but she missed her train due to the delay. There were no other trains that day due to strikes so our friend had to book into a hotel for the night. She obviously has mobility challenges so this was all quite difficult. Really bad form from Aberdeen taxis and won't be using them again.
