My son's 2nd disbursement was returned but I still had to pay interest on it. I should not be penalized if the school took time to send it back.

There was a huge delay in my loan process resulting in late fees with the university that we had to cover. It took longer than any other private student loan providers we have used in the past.

As co signer I found the website very difficult to navigate.We had someone at the site helping but still very difficult. I will need additional help in the future.

Easy to use but way, way, way too high of an interest rate.

Not a good experience. I have a 795 FICO score and make over $300k a year but wanted to see if rates were low enough to justify borrowing for my daughter’s Sr year at UT. After filling out the online application and uploading my last paystub for income verification, it says 1. Will reply within 3 days and 2. You % rate will be between 4% and 18%. (Ridiculous). Three days later i get an email at 1:45 am saying that they need more information so login to your account. I do and it tells me to submit my last pay stub! (Ridiculous) So i call the next morning and 20 minutes on hold I finally get a live person who tells me that it was an auto generated email to ignore. They also say that they are busy so it may take a while longer. Conclusion I pulled the app Don’t waste your time. unless you’re desperate.
