Zabiullah was very efficient and friendly. Travelled twice with him as asked for him on collection from Eurostar based on his service taking us to St Pancras Int. a few days earlier. travelled with 6 others including baby and two kids under 6. We booked our journey to Luton Airport last week with Abetta at late notice but the person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and extremely helpful. We were fortunate to have had Lewis assigned to our journey. He was on time (indeed early!), friendly and very professional and the car was totally clean and comfortable too. Another quality ride to UCLH
Another quality ride to UCLH - wait and return - by professional and polite driver (HAMIDREZA*C).
There was an issue regarding being charged the congestion charge for each way and misinformation about waiting times, but this was easily resolved by CC who apologised on behalf of the company.
Will be back next week for another booking. Thank you for being there!
