The product itself is great, and of the quality I’ve come to expect with AA. The delivery however was not good. Not delivered to my address, and AA customer service failed to reply to my emails with regards the miss delivery. Fortunately the person whom received my order was honest enough to bring this to my address. Unfortunately, given the poor delivery experience and the lacking of response from AA, I simply can’t risk ordering from them again. This is a shame as I’ve many AA products.
