Cute litlle lamp. Bought for a cosy corner shelf, it sheds mood light rather than for reading but I knew this from the description. I was a little suprised that the body is not attached to the base but thats I assume a design requirement given that the only way to replace the bulb would be to for this to be the case.

I intend placing this cute little lamp on a wooden side table with books and my reading glasses. It will stand next to an orange velvet love seat in the reading nook on the stair landing in my new house. As you can see they will complement each other perfectly. The lack of ugly trailing wires and flexibility to move these lamps around is a game changer, especially when you have a Siamese cat that delights in zooming around the house at four in the morning.
