Shoddy product and customer services are nigh on impossible to reach by email. A refund was finally offered, but this was for the product only, they don't refund the P&P. My advice is to steer clear of this company until they resolve their customer service issues

This sculpture is much lighter than the other two I have so was a little disappointed. It is still nice and I am pleased with it however it did have a small chip on it. Didn’t want to send it back as it can be too much hassle so coloured it in with a sharpie marker.
