First class products and excellent customer service
I ordered the “Arnie” sculpture from this great company, but unfortunately he was broken when he arrived. I emailed customer service, and had an immediate reply, and a sincere apology, and reassurance that a replacement was on its way. Just 3 days later, my new “Arnie” arrived in one piece and looking wonderful.
I lost my dog last July, and couldn’t find a doggy sculpture that I liked as a tribute, but I knew Arnie was the right one the minute I saw him on the website, he made my broken heart smile.
The quality of Arnie is outstanding, and the caring, and efficient customer service I received was incredible, this is such a lovely company to work with, and I would happily give ten stars if that was possible.

My experience has been very positive
My experience has been very positive. I ordered my lamp and it arrived, sadly damaged. I also had issues with delivery but that was likely down to royal mail who told me lies.
But the lamp is gorgeous and I love it. Abigail Ahern have dealt withy issues wonderfully and prompt. I am awaiting a new lamp to be delivered, excellent customer service, Thank you

BRILLIANT COMPANY
My only fault I have with AA is I never received order acknowledgements!
I placed 3 orders and never received any. Apart from that, the customer service was excellent and the products themselves are all outstanding. My faux botanicals are all VERY realistic.

Sofa is stunning. Customer services is also great, however, delivery is sub-par. Is outsourced to a company who seemingly don’t have high standards.

Love the products, but after subscribing the daily emails were excessive…
Love the aesthetic and all of the products, and I do plan to purchase again so I subscribed. However the daily (sometimes twice daily) emails were beyond excessive, once a week would have been more than enough. I had no choice but to unsubscribe.....
