Great customer service, fast response times
There was a mix up with the supplier which meant that I received somebody else’s order, however the customer service provided by ADS was top tier. They immediately rang me on the back of my email and advised another would be sent out first class. Mistakes happened that were out of their control, but they immediately jumped into action to remedy the situation - couldn’t ask for more really!
