Functions not great/Slow service/ strange invoicing

The functions are ok but not great. I find FunnelChannel much better. Their service takes days to answer. I cancelled my account and they ignored my cancellation and even threatened to book me a complete new plan (without me asking for it). They also charged me for things I had not explicitly booked with my plan (probably based on some small print...). You have to delete your account and they make it intentionally difficult to do this. I was looking for a well functioning, serviced and honest provider - Ablefy is definitely not for me.

thanks for your feedback. Sorry that you had a bad experience.

Please provide more informations so that we can check what happened as what you reported is quite unusual.

If you want to delete your account this can be done via a button in the profile area and then your account goes into the deletion process automatically.

Also our team does not book something for you if you did not align on that. If you want to book a plan, you can do that on your own and if you don't book a plan after the trial period your account becomes inactive and does not create costs.

I am happy to help and clarify what happened.

Status Quo

So far, I am pretty happy with the service and support from Elopage! I really like, that they return with a video, if you have questions. So you can easily follow the advises step by step in your own pace!
