Ableworld are the largest mobility retailer in the country and believe this is because we genuinely care about our customer’s well-being. We employ professional, caring and knowledgeable staff to work in our stores, and provide quality mobility aids at value for money prices.
We pride ourselves on being an ethical trader who will not pressure sell items and if we feel a product should have an assessment we will not sell these online, as we want to ensure our customers that they are getting the right product for their needs, not just the most expensive mobility aid.
Our stores stock all types of mobility aids, including Mobility Scooters, Walkers, Powerchairs, Bathing Aids and Stairlifts. You can be assured that in all of our stores we provide the same caring approach to looking after our customers, and the same range of quality mobility aids.

I would recommend Ableworld. Denise in the Newport store was very helpful and knowledgeable when purchasing a mobility rise and recline chair for my mum. The delivery men were excellent, explained everything to my mum about the remote and phoned to let us know when they were 30 minutes away. Ordering to delivery only took 2 weeks. Excellent service and good price

My mother is in a care home near Newport. Ableworld (Newport) was recommended by someone at the home. We were looking for a recliner chair. I am in London and was unable to take measurements, visit the store, etc. I had several long conversations with different members of staff who listened to what I was saying and went out of their way to help me. They were also willing to go out to the care home to take measurements, and liaised directly with care staff for this and for delivery rather than relying on me to organise it. They were authentic and reliable throughout, eg., talking about choice of colour - perhaps choosing a darker colour for someone with Parkinson's who might spill their drink. And the chair, which is exactly what we hoped for, arrived very promptly following payment. Highly recommended.

Bought a scooter from Ableworld, Newport and Paul was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and extremely patient with us, he is an absolute credit to the Newport store. If we require any further products, we will not hesitate to return. A very positive, shopping experience.
