I really love this companies approach to nutrition shakes. The initial survey is easy to complete and promises a meal that is unique to you. The taste is great. I've tried companies like Huel etc and they've tasted fine but Abnormal is much nicer. It almost tastes like cookie dough! I love the packaging too, everything is recyclable and mostly decomposable by the looks of it which is brilliant. The customer support team are also great, very helpful. I definatly recommend this company, well worth the price.

I was very impressed with the kindness and speed in solving a problem that I had today on the Abnormal website. Problems all companies have, the way they solve the problem makes all the difference for the customer. Lewis (Customer Assistant)who attended me was very professional and patient. Great customer service the live chat was excellent and answered all my questions, although there are cheaper alternatives on the market I was impressed by the quality of the product and will continue my subscription.

P.s the shaker is the best I have ever had would highly recommend.

Trial box is an absolute bargain for a fiver, great personalisation, great taste will be carrying this subscription on.

Loved this product! I chose the vegan option and all flavours, but the strawberry was definitely my favourite. I was apprehensive about using shakes as I was worried I wouldn’t feel full, but these shakes quashed those concerns and glad I’ve tried them with this company. Placed my subscription on freeze until I need more, and I found this very simple to do, was surprised to see comments saying otherwise! The price does seems a lot however after doing the maths it worked out around £2 a meal, which is cheaper than when I eat out for lunch. Pleased that it was all environmentally friendly packaging as well

Avoid like the plague. I signed up for a £4.99 trial box. Absolutely nowhere did it say I was signing up to a monthly subscription at £50+ pounds, nor was there any email communication telling me I had. I found out by checking my bank account.

I am now trying to find some way of getting in touch with the company. The WhatsApp number is conveniently not working yet, there is no one answering the phone, no reply over FB. Twitter told me to use the live chat function, but as of now I’ve currently been waiting 9 hours for a reply to their “live chat”
So looks like I’ll be pursuing this through the bank as a fraud claim.

As for personalised, don’t be fooled. They literally ask for allergies or dietary requirements. So many other companies do the same for an awful lot less hastle.

Absolutely ridiculous leaving it almost a year before replying. Kinda proves my point.

A bit skeptical about Abnormal as there isnt much ion the way of information but decided to give to trial a go for £5. On a dairy-based meal I can say the Chocolate is very nice but for me came out a bit lumpy both with skimmed milk and water though the Vanilla mixes better.

All in all a very well rounded product but hard to justify it costing so much more compared to Huel and TPW's own 360 Meal amongst others. As of 27/02/2021 it costs £3 per Abnormal whereas others can cost around £1.30-£1.50/meal.

Got my trial pack and I'm really impressed with packaging and all personalisation that comes with it. I'm long time huel user and I felt in love with the taste of abnormal. I was debating with myself if I should keep the subscription but after all, with sadness I had to cancel the subscription because it's too expensive. I wish you guys luck because the product is great and I think whoever can afford it, should go for it!

Ordered, unfortunately not keto so couldn't use them, gave them to my partner and cancelled so it wouldn't recur. Came fast, packaging is nice. Price is a bit much for what it is and I can imagine most people will be caught out if they change their minds and forget to cancel.

AFAIK it's legit, just a newer company with all positive same-ey sounding reviews, which always looks shady but everything is and has been fine so far.

So glad I found this, really easy questions to get a personalised product that suits my dietary needs. The shakes are a real game changer, guilt free, waste free and delicious.

I have always been conscious about what I can and can not eat with having a dairy and gluten intolerance so this has been the perfect fit. Especially for those days when you are in a rush and need something quick and easy. The taste is also amazing, taste like a milkshake!! Definitely recommend
