Hi I’ve bought jewellery few days back it’s says 48hrs tracked delivery and lve emailed them about my order status … still no response and now I saw company status it seems dissolved… could you please return my money if you not going to respond or deliver my product

I ordered 2 bracelets and a necklace on the 9th April and still have not received them. I have emailed you with no reply as to where my order is. You state delivery is 3-5 working days. Its now the 18th.

I've been chasing them for an order I placed back in November. That's almost half a year now. You can't just say you're a small business with limited staff as an excuse. I ordered a Florida ring, which I sent back in February, for a bigger size. They assured me I'd have it by March. But nobody from their team bothers to get in touch or follow up on their orders. What a terrible company to have bought from. I have now asked them to issue me a full refund, but God knows if I'll ever get it.

I order a everyday bracelet the 28th of November and today is the 18th and have not received anything I email them several times and they don't reply my order number is 1101

I order some jewellery from abora on 28th November 2023 to give as a birthday present as they describ 3 to 5day delivery. Today is 15th December 2023 the birthday already passed and I had to spend money again to buy another gift .I emailed few times but didn't receive any reply .now I just need refund my money .my order no is 1100 .my name is sadaf hassan

I've placed my order with the Black Friday campaign and haven't heard back from them since. No answer to my e-mails or on Facebook. I do hope it's legit - they seem to have delivered to some people (based o comments below) but I am getting anxious.

I received part of my order. The jewellery is indeed very beautiful, absolutely no regrets. And they did reply to my email with updates on the other part. If I am to give feedback, a more proactive customer support should be implemented (I understand a high volume of orders for Black Friday, but please answer faster than 2 weeks).
Again, the jewellery is vert pretty

I purchased a bali bracelet and signature pearl bracelet for my daughters birthday. She loves both of them. I had a few questions regarding the jewellery and dealt with Louise in customer service. She was very helpful and speedy at replying so i will be back! thank you :)

I'm giving 3 stars as the jewellery I have chosen are beautiful but delivery is taking so long already has been 7 days and still waiting for it to arrive. So not happy with delivery service 😒
Once I recieve my jewellery I shall be back to make another Comment, hopefully a positive 1

Can't actually get over the quality of this jewellery. I just stumbled across them on insta and bought some bits for holiday...honestly so impressed. They look just as good as the day they arrived, despite spending hours in the sea/pool and of course all my sun cream / aftersun! The quality is brilliant, have worn in the sea and the pool for last 2 weeks on holiday and all three pieces are still in fabulous condition 😍
