I get competitive rates and good service when dealing Frankie on the phone. Online portal could do with some with though, too slow when I need to make payments outside of working hours.

Very annoying company. We haven't used their services, but constantly get cold calls from them and they are very pushy and rude. Does not give a good impression and wouldn't want to work with people like this.

They start off with the most ridiculous little personal stories, then dive into their sales pitch. I politely say no thank you, and they say "no no, just listen, it's not what you think, please don't hang up..." And they keep calling, even though I say please don't call us :(

I've been using Tom since the start of the pandemic and I'm really impressed with his service

They keep calling every few days although we are reg with TPS, asking for accounts payable and get very rude if not put through. As we are registered with the telephone Preference Service it is against the law to call registered numbers. We would advise any potential customer to take this into account before having any dealings with this company and fully research before hand. Look if this a a new company and what assets they have. The other reviews look too good to be true?

Andrew is always very helpful and regularly gives us updates on the Market.
