About blank is absolutely unreal. For starters, the customer service is amazing, I received fast and immediate responses despite living in completely opposite time zones, it really goes to show how amazing and dedicated this company is. Besides the amazing support from staff, the quality of the clothes is absolutely worth every single dollar. I am very satisfied with my experience with about blank :)

Don’t understand hos gard it can be to keep up a good customer service. Was Bert excited about the brand and ordered the latest collection and paid rather good money for the items and that is fine. But Also paying extra for faster shipping 3-5 business days and still after 7 days haven’t gotten any shipping information. Took over 2 days to get reply from customer service and then they let me know that one Piece I ordered was out of stock when of it was in stock when I ordered and paid. The Said I could find something for same amount or Money back. But everything is now out of stock and can’t get anoraker piece. 2 days later and no response yet on email or Instagram about what they can do or offer me. Think I Will just ask for refund. But for being a pretty small brand and Also taking some Money for their items I would love to see a much more effiencient customer service and stock levels correct. I hopp I Will get the help I need from this matter. So cant comment on the clothes yet Cause haven’t recieved any yet :/ but the clothes looks good on Instagram.

Well About Blank has the aesthetic that I’m looking for, the materials are absolutely amazing and it’s so easy to shop around the site. I wish they offered express shipping but other than that I love it

Heavy, quality tees with a minimal design and a very nice, boxy fit (perfect for me because I'm not very tall so a crop on the waist makes my legs longer). The green Quarter-Zip is one of my favorite items in the wardrobe after six months of wearing it.

The items are extremely high quality and each of my purchases had very quick international delivery (less than 1 week). The website for the drops is well done and allowed for a quick and easy purchase. Well done.
