after receiving a notice with my order which was delayed, one of their customer service representatives reached out to me to notify me about the delay in a very kind manner.

Via email they were very responsive! they were able to get back to me within 24 hours which I appreciate since most clothing brands are very non-responsive or they lag.

I understand that larger clothing brands can’t get back as immediately however, I do believe that about:blank has a solid process for handling customer service efficiently, transparently and in a way that made me satisfied and heard as a customer. I hope other customers feel the same.

what I truly appreciate is the transparent communication and the effort to resolve the issue in an understanding way.

I hope they will continue this type of customer service because if they do, I will be a lifelong customer.

Love the brand. Clothes fit perfectly and look exactly the same in real liofe as they do in the images and also their customer service is great.

When I had a issue with sizing (US customer) and wanted to expedite the exchange, a customer service rep was gladly able to assist with detailed instructions.

Evri managed to lose my order - emailed customer service and Sara replied and sent a new one out within an hour, for next day delivery via Royal Mail.
Refreshing to have good quality customer service, and not have to deal with a robot. Can’t comment on product quality as not received yet but 5* for Sara and customer service
