Great customer experience along all the user journey touchpoints, from the elegant online ads and user friendly online purchase to the amazingly speedy delivery and constant information about the current status. In regards to the product itself, the packaging would be envied by many premium brands out there and the watch looks as great as seen online. Time will tell if its quality will reflect the above. If so, I will happily revise my experience to 5 out of 5 stars!

The Blue Turtle 1815 Chronograph is beautiful! I bought it to wear at my daughter’s wedding and will look great with my navy blue suit, but I’ll be wearing it a lot at work as well. Also, the customer service is second to none. I received regular updates about my purchase as well as helpful instructions/directions about setting and operating the watch. Delivery was super quick and the packaging is impressive. Zero regrets about working with About Vintage. So glad that I discovered your company. Everything is top notch and first rate!

My wife and me have bought a1960 Racing with additional bracelett as an gift to the graduation of our son. During the shipping procedere we get an Information from Fedex, that we have to pay tax. We are living in Germany…
By tracking the package we saw, that the package is located actually at the Ivory Coast in Africa!
Calling Rasmus from „about vintage“ It was a pleasure to solve the problem with him.
Without finding the really reason for this mistake he solve the problem in the best way which is possible. He has send a new package be fast shipping and „about vintage“ get back the package from Ivory coast next two weeks. The second package has arrived today 2 working days after talking about the Problem just in time.

Shipping from Denmark to Washington state in the USA was way faster than expected (just over 1 week). The watch itself is stunning. I’m a sucker for watch faces with textural features and it looks great on the 1956 Marine. I purchased the quartz version (apparently prior version was an automatic). The Seiko sweep movement gives that expensive feel of a mechanical watch which I enjoy. The only downside of this movement is that there is no date window. Otherwise, very satisfied with my purchase and I will be keeping an eye on About Vintage moving forward!

The watch is lovely, but it was not delivered to my address. I had to travel 270 km from Győr to Budapest and back to receive it.

AB never fails to impress with the craftsmanship and quality of their watches not to mention top notch customer service. One of my absolute favorites!
