Great watches and perfect aftersales service

Hello everyone, my girlfriend purchased me a 1960 racing for our anniversary with an extra strap. As I was trying to change between the straps one of the mechanical parts got stuck.
I immediately sent a message to customer service and they answered right away.
I explained the problem and they fix it immediately and sent me a new strap.
It’s the first time I’ve seen this kind of service.
Thank you for helping me so now I can rock my watch again

Hello, I am a watch collector of love watches alot! I am lucky enough to own many premium watches from some major brands like Rolex, Omega, Panerei, Chopard, Tudor and many others.. During Covid I started exploring MicroBrands and other watch brands the smaller guys that made quality products, great design and had great stories. The ones where you could tell they were passionate about watch making. About Vintage or AV86 is one I fell in love with. Their customer service is second to none, they respond fast and are on top of their game. Their watches are unique and beautifully made and engineered. It's one of my favorite Microbrands for sure, in fact I think they are beyond MicroBrands now. I own 5 of their watches currently and am a huge fan from Los Angeles. I highly recommend this brand and any of their watches even the low cost models.

I've been buying watches from these guys since before COVID and the customer service has always been impeccable. This time I needed a new crown that had detached from one of the watches I own, so I emailed them and they setup a manual order very quickly, and let me add more stuff. It shipped very quickly and arrived within a week. Excellent experience, would recommend to anyone.

I just received your watch and what a surprise! I’ve been collecting watches for over 20 years, and I must say this is one of the most impressive pieces I’ve come across. It looks even better in person than in the pictures. I truly hope you release this model in 40 or 41 mm—I’d be happy to purchase it again.

I wasn't happy with the luminosity of my AV8 watch but I was thrilled with the outstanding communication process and dedication to customer satisfaction. The AV8 folks were so understanding and personable and made the return process as easy and efficient as possible. I will definitely give AV8 another chance on future offerings. No other microbrand watch company can come close to them when it comes to customer service!

I had a fantastic experience with AV86 customer service, especially with Katrine, Sofie, and Mathilde. I initially requested a return, but then changed my mind and wanted the item sent back to me. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process. They confirmed the details quickly and ensured the package was resent exactly as I wanted it. Their communication was excellent, and I really appreciate their dedication to resolving my unique request. Highly recommend!

I had several questions for the team at AV86, and they were answered quickly, accurately and pleasantly.

Watch was as described and beautiful and feels heavy and solid. It's a gift so I haven't worn it. Engraving on the back is a nice perk, and is largely why I bought the watch from AV86. But text is very fine and kind of hard to see. But it's there and it's a special occasion gift.

Big issue was the delivery. The shipping contractor made an error and marked my watch 'delivered' when it wasn't. That set off a few days of interaction with both the shipper customer service and the AV86 customer service and logistics teams. AV86 was great! Very responsive, very proactive, I heard from a few customer service reps throughout the day apprising me of what their logistics team was up to. Great support! My watch eventually arrived a few days after it was expected. All is well!
